ABOUT MORGAN (MM/2M)

Wow, What do I share about myself on this medium? Appearing relevant whilst finding the balance between being neither too humble nor arrogant, is hard for many of us. Myself included!

As a coach, nothing (yet!) fazes me. I am willing to go anywhere on any topic, in service of my client.

My own life is rich with colours, darkness and light. I have been fortunate in experiencing much success in business and also have worked through failures. My career has included working with boards and executive leaders on strategy, growth, teamwork and turnarounds. I have held responsibility for sales and marketing teams globally, ran a business unit and started my career in software solution sales with Sequent Computer Systems.

And the same with relationships and life experiences - I am happily married to my second wife, I have (and continue to!) parent three amazing people, I have experienced living abroad both as a child and now as an adult and have (and still do!) work through numerous tough life challenges.

They are all a part of my continuous growth and learning. Influencing my shaping, but I don't believe that they define me. Which can be easier seen and said with hindsight than when lived in the moment.

I have worked for, with, and led some amazing people and have felt it a privilege to do so. I love learning, collaboration, dialogue, exploration, creativity, fun, independence and growth both inside and outside of work.

I am willing to fight to my last breath for a few things - liberty, choice, love, my family and my friends.
